Flyers and Penguins Do Battle, Crosby Approaching Milestone
*Sigh* The Flyers are back in action tonight against our biggest rival the Pittsburgh Penguins. The Flyers are coming off back to back loses to the Detroit Red Wings, while the Penguins come in having won three straight. At this point watching the Flyers is pretty much a form of self harm so maybe I should get some help since I will once again being tuning into this garbage.
Normally I am excited for Flyers and Penguins games regardless of how bad either team may be they are usually entertaining games. Tonight, I can honestly say my excitement level is below zero. There are a few reasons for that with the main one being the Flyers suck. The other reason however is because tonight is the perfect storm for one of the biggest villains in Philadelphia sports to make history.
Sidney Crosby is currently sitting at 499 career goals. Only needing one more to reach that 500 milestone you couldn’t write a more perfect script than for him to get that milestone against a team that he openly hates the most. Just when you thought it couldn’t get anymore perfect take a look at this tweet…
That’s right not only would Sid get his 500th career goal it would also be his 50th against the Flyers. Now when it comes to gambling there is never a sure thing. But, if there ever was this is it Crosby at home against the Flyers going for his 500th career goal. LOCK IT IN.
Here are just a few plays that I am taking a look at tonight, odds are ever changing so they could be different by the time you see this but nonetheless if you want to win money hammer Crosby to score a goal.
Crosby to score and him to have the first goal are definitely both bets I am going to hammer. As for the other two I am going to have a small play on both of them because like I said this is the perfect storm for him to just absolute torch the Flyers and if I am going to watch this mess I might as well win some money on it. Bet responisbly whatever you do but I’m just letting you know there’s free money to be won here.
