NHL YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, Flyers Are Real Deal, Dismantle Bruins 4-1
The Philadelphia Flyers returned to meaningful game action Sunday afternoon against the Boston Bruins. The same Bruins who ended the Flyers 9-game win streak in their last meaning game.

Observations…
In their 1st meaningful action since March 10th, the Flyers didn’t look their was an 145-day break in-between games. The Flyers came out like their normal selfs and used a big 2nd period, like they have done so many times this year, to propel themselves to the win.
Carter Hart is 21-years-old and has been in the NHL for a year & half now. On Tuesday, Hart played in Scotiabank arena for the 1st time in his career and stopped 11 of 12 shots he faced. Today, Hart stopped 34 of 35 shots he faced in his first full game inside Scotiabank Arena to earn the win.
The Flyers penalty kill was a perfect 3 for 3 against the Penguins on Tuesday. Facing the 2nd ranked power-play unit today, the Flyers strong penalty kill continued. Killing off all three power-play opportunities the Bruins had.
After Chris Wagner scored, the Flyers bounced back immediately and took it to the Bruins. In a stretch of 10:49 after the goal, the Flyers would outshoot the Bruins 10-0 & score twice.
Travis Sanheim & Phil Myers have been the talk of the town since the Flyers returned. Defense coach Mike Yeo started the conversation with his remarks stating the coaching staff felt comfortable putting their pair in any situation. Today, that buzz was confirmed and the Sanheim – Myers pair completely dominated the 18-minutes the pair played.
Michael Raffl would leave the game early after being awkwardly taken into the boards. Raffl, who had a goal & an assist, could not put any weight on his left leg when leaving the ice. If Raffl’s injury keeps him out of the lineup, Joel Farabee will enter for the Flyers.
