Cowboys Ezekiel Elliott Admits To Puff, Puff, Passing It?

Cowboys star running back, Ezekiel Elliott, has already made headlines this offseason. But, Elliott just made another one that may put him in some trouble with the NFL substance policy.

Back in early April, while coronavirus was shutting down everything & anything, Elliott & teammate Dak Prescott decided to host a party. Yes, host a party in the middle of a pandemic.

Then, a month later, Elliott got coronavirus.

But, his new blunder will not be like the slap on his wrist Elliott got for a party in the middle of a pandemic. This one could (hilariously) hurt himself & the Cowboys.

After his stream on Twitch.com, Elliott did what every streamer has done once in his or her life. Thought they turned their stream off & left it on.

This will sometimes lead to funny moments, like a streamer walking away and leaving his chair on stream for hours until its noticed. But, could also lead to some bad moments that have harsher ramifications than a laugh & a moment they will never live down.

Before Elliott realized his stream was still on, Ezekiel admitted that he was “low key faded bro”.

Ezekiel Elliott is one of the top RBs in the NFL. The league has a lot invested in his brand & popularity among other things. For a player of Elliott’s stature, this is not news that can be swept under the rug. It seems he’s in a constant cycle of this “WTF were you thinking” headlines.

In the past, the NFL has been very harsh with their punishments for marijuana. Josh Gordon has multiple suspensions, including a full season for his marijuana use. Cowboys own Randy Gregory has already been suspended 4 games & 10 games related to his use.

While this isn’t a positive test, it is an emission of guilt. Which, according to NFL CBA, gives the league a justifiable reason to test Elliott. Zeke will inevitably claim he was referring to drinking, not smoking.

If the NFL goes hard core, Elliott could be suspended a minimum of 2-games & possibly more depending on the NFLs ruling. However, it is the Cowboys, don’t get your hopes up too much for a suspension.
