Adam Caplan Believes Eagles In Prime Position To Trade Back

Its draft day 2020 & the Philadelphia Eagles have the 21st overall selection. With the 21st selection, which direction will they go?

Over the past week, the Eagles draft hype has been centered around trading up to select one of the top, standout WRs in the draft. Two prospects, CeeDee Lamb & Jerry Jeudy, being at the top of the list.

However, over the past 36 hours, the WR market has been put out somewhat and according to Adam Caplan, the Eagles are in a prime position to trade back and still get a top WR if they choose to select WR in the 1st round.

“Howie is unlikely to trade up, guys like Reagor & Aiyuk will be there and are in the convo at 21. If multiple WRs are on board at 21, Howie is in prime position to trade back.”

Caplan went also on to say that he believes Mims & Jefferson will go after the 21st pick.

If a dream scenario happens & Eagles have Jefferson, Mims, Higgins, Reagor, & Aiyuk on the board still at 21, it’s hard not to trade back.

Would you be fine with the Eagles trading back instead of trading up for a WR?
