Amid CoronaVirus Outbreak, NBA Considers Moving Games to Opponents Arenas and Neutral Sites
Late last night, one of the most unique Woj Bomb’s you thought you’d never read was dropped:
ESPN Sources: NBA is discussing scenarios that include moving some games to cities that have yet to suffer outbreaks — including opponent arenas or neutral sites. https://t.co/i3wxmSMNyw

If you consider Upper Merion to be Philadelphia, the Sixers would fall in the category of teams that need to move. Yet, do they really NEED to. The Sixers deal with a medical disaster on a day-to-day basis: their medical staff. Just yesterday, Josh Richardson admitted to the press he is still suffering from lingering headaches stemming from his recent concussion. The Sixers medical staff cleared him.
Maybe, all the mishaps made along the way by the Sixers medical staff were just preparing the team for this pandemic. Together, the team is ready for this moment. Let them stay home.
Philadelphia health officials also suggested yesterday that crowds of more than 5,000 people should not together. I know as much about CoronaVirus as the next guy, which is I acknowledge that it is something people talk about online. But, if the Flyers are in the Cup, we are packing that bitch 4,999 deep.
This city has not one but two teams playoff bound with championship aspirations. It’s a rarity for a title hungry city. Only in Philadelphia would that get derailed by a worldwide flu pandemic to the point we have to watch our teams play games in the likes of Pittsburgh or Seattle.
