The OG of Philly sports radio, Squidward Question, has decided that Andrew McCutchen will not return from his ACL injury last season. He will be replaced by #phillies LF Lawrence McCutcheon and to be honest it’s probably the right move by the Phillies.
Here in Philly, if you don’t Stan the elder Eskin then you belong in a different city. Go root for a New England or a New York team if you want things spelled right. Only in Philly will you get your sports news from a boomer in neon color Beats.
Everyone needs to let the man off the hook for silly mistakes like this. Who among us hasn’t accidentally called someone by the wrong name or called the teacher, “mom”. And if there’s one thing about people with the maturity of an eight year old (3rd graders and Philadelphians) it’s that they’ll let you off the hook for silly little excusable things like this.
Whatever Howard says is gospel. If Mike Francesa is the sports Pope then Eskin is the sports bishop or something??? I was never molested so I don’t know much about how the Catholic church is structured. All you Philly Irish Catholics can correct me if you want.
I honestly don’t know how you don’t love this man. He does something dumb about once every month that reminds me how much I love him.
