WENDY’S FROSTY FREEZE-OUT IS BACK FOR 2019-2020 SIXERS SEASON

For the third year in a row, the Philadelphia Sixers & Wendy’s have partnered up to bring a great partnership to the Wells Fargo Center. THE WENDY’S FROSTY FREEZE-OUT IS BACK FOR THE 2019-2020 SEASON.



Starting in 2017, the Sixers used the “Frosty Freeze Out” as a fun and entertaining way to get the fans excited at games. If you don’t already know how it works. Here is the gist…

During the second half of all 76ers home games, when an opposing player misses two consecutive free-throw attempts, you win a free frosty. The Sixers had such a great response to this in year one, it was brought back last season. But, with more too it.

Last year, the Sixers and Wendy’s took the “frosty-freeze” to the next level. Adding a boost to the possibility of getting more free Wendy’s.




After Sixers fans won a free small frosty, the contest wouldn’t end like in year one. If it happened again, fans would receive a free Small Frosty and free Small Fry. If it happened a third time, fans would receive a free Medium Frosty and free Medium Fry.

That same incentive is back for the 2019-2020 season. Here is the officially rules and statement from the Sixers…

“The Wendy’s Frosty Freeze-Out will be returning this season, generating excitement in-arena yet again. The day after an opposing player misses two consecutive free-throw attempts in the second half of a 76ers home game, fans can receive free menu items by mentioning the “Wendy’s Frosty Freeze-Out” at participating Philadelphia Tri-State area Wendy’s locations (no purchase necessary). The tiered offer includes: – The first time the opposing player misses two consecutive free throws in the second half: Fans will receive a free Small Frosty. – The second time the opposing player misses two consecutive free throws in the second half: Fans will receive a free Small Frosty and free Small Fry. – The third time the opposing player misses two consecutive free throws in the second half: Fans will receive a free Medium Frosty and free Medium Fry.”
