The Eagles Season Is Pretty Much Make or Break in Dallas

The 2019 Philadelphia Eagles season may very well come down to Sunday night in Dallas. Which is wild given it’s Week 7.

These are very odd circumstances though.

This season feels like its teetering on its axis at this point. After not getting Jalen Ramsey and getting cooked in Minnesota, morale around the team seems to be low. While a loss here wouldn’t mathematically eliminate the Eagles, they need a win to get rid of the massive negativity they’ve been taking on.  It can all go one way or another, and this game today will decide where the chips will fall for this team the rest of the season.

From the coaches to the players, there can be no more excuses.  This is Sunday night football against your two biggest rivals.  If the coaches cannot come get them off to a better start and the players cannot execute the gameplan, faith in this team will evaporate.

If you lose, you are a game behind in the division with a division loss with games against the Bills, Bears, Patriots and Seahawks still to play.  I know the back end of their schedule is much easier, but with these tough games coming up you cannot afford to fall behind.

The season has had its mix of good and of bad.  Its ups and down.  Some high highs and some low lows.  If the Eagles want to start to right the ship and blast themselves into a division title, it all will start with a win this Sunday in Dallas.

A loss though, A loss might just doom the whole season. A win, will be very similar to what just happened to Kirk Cousins and the Vikings. A win cures everything.
