Why Are Philadelphia Athletes Following And Getting Followed Back By Bryce Harper?

Good morning to you on this beautiful Monday in Philadelphia. Well, the rain sucks. But, the social media activity surrounding the MLBs biggest free agent is so much better.

It is very much known Bryce Harper is on the Phillies radar. Harper would be one of the final pieces to the puzzle for the Phils.

But, what is all the commotion about? Well, it has to do with Bryce Harper’s social media accounts.

Now, athletes follow other athletes all the time. So, this first part isn’t too much to read into.

Last night, NBCSports Philadelphia and Eagles Zach Ertz followed Bryce Harper on all social media accounts.

Uhm. Very interesting for a guy who doesn’t play in their town. But, it could be just bad timing and both just following a superstar of another league. Kind of like how everyone follows Lebron or Kobe.

However, this next follow is a little more interesting.

BRYCE HARPER FOLLOWED JOEL EMBIID ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA THIS MORNING.

Now why would Harper do that? It could just be the Lebron situation. Superstar following superstar. But, if it was that, I think that would have happened by now.

This is just all media follow and crap. But, it does raise the question. With all the recent talk about teams dropping because of limited cap.
