The Cowboys Are Showing Film of Carson Wentz to Help Make Dak a Better Quarterback
Dak Prescott is having a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad week. From his comments on standing for the anthem to being pitted against Dez Bryant on social media, Dak has spent the beginning of training camp in the headlines for all the wrong reasons. To spin it for Dak, at least those issues are covering up the fact that he was a mediocre at best quarterback this past season. But, don’t you worry, this website will never breeze over that. As the new season gets underway, Cowboys coaches have a new strategy they imploring to help Dak improve his game; watching tape on Carson freakin’ Wentz:

Hey, let’s take it easy on Dak Prescott here everyone. In every profession, it can be very beneficial to learn new things from your superiors. Prescott had as many touchdown passes as Wentz did with a torn ACL, people forget that.
Here I was, waiting on Hard Knocks with the Cleveland Browns to see shots of an NFL film room with a bunch of untalented players who don’t know what the fuck they are doing. Instead, I already have that thanks to Dak “short of the sticks” Prescott.
Meanwhile, my “sit Carson until the end of September” take is dying fast:
