Report : Flyers Have Resigned Sam Morin To A 3 Year Deal

Well, the first domino has fallen on draft night. But, it is just a small domino.

According to multiple reports, the Flyers have resigned Sam Morin to a 3-year contract extension worth $2,100,000. His AAV will be $700,000.




Morin, who is recovering from ACL surgery, was seen as a major part of the Flyers future on the back-end. But, in his prove it season, Morin couldn’t shake the injury bug and it costed him.

However, with the contract extension, it shows the Flyers still have faith in the hulking 6’7″ defenseman. Or at the very least give the kid one more shot.
