The Eagles Made an Official Ruling in the Faneto vs Mo Bamba Debate

I’m always interested to see what teams are listening to in the locker room after a big game. For us, it’s always been Meek (and rightfully so)

But tonight, we had two groundbreaking, earth shattering moments in the span of about 20 minutes.

First, Cody Parkey gave us the full Cody Parkey treatment. Then, the Eagles settled the great debate of Faneto vs Mo Bamba once and for all:

AND STILL… the undisputed champion is Faneto.

If you’re not a millennial and don’t have Twitter, here’s what the “debate” was. Basically, ‘Faneto’ and ‘Mo Bamba’ are two hype songs that make you want to rob your own mother at gun point, then bash your head into the wall on the way out of her house.

Ironically, Chief Keef, who wrote Faneto is infamously a Chicago native, so you love to see our guys bumping his song in that manner.

To cover every space in pop culture bingo, Chicago had racked up too many bad karma points to win this game. There was no way there were going to win the same week there was a documentary released titled “Surviving R Kelly” (Chicago native). Plus, Chance the Rapper (you guessed it, Chicago native) got lit up for saying he didn’t believe R Kelly’s accusers. And to top it off, what a year for Kanye West (Yes, from Chicago). So,  yeah, the Bears were screwed from the jump. Karma gods.

We’re still coming out to Ski Mask Way in the Super Bowl.
