How Should We Feel About Robert Kraft Wearing Meek Mill’s “Championships” Chain?

So, this probably was a look that raised a few eyebrows.

First a performance at the Patriots Super Bowl After Party and now Robert Kraft wearing Meek’s chain. This is a lot to digest on the almost year anniversary of the Eagles coming out to Dreams and Nightmares at the Super Bowl, then beating the Patriots.

I get that people are upset. That’s OUR thing. Boston’s thing is the Dropkick Murphy’s and talking themselves into above average role players on the Celtics. Like, if the Pelicans trade Anthony Davis, and then scream Trust the Process while they host an NBA Draft Lottery Party, I get that people would be slightly perturbed. Because that’s OUR thing. Meek is OUR guy.

Here’s why I’m actually okay with it. If I were rotting away in a prison, and a billionaire took notice with my sentence, and poured money and efforts into getting me out, I think I’d owe him one (or two). So, yes, these Patriots appearances by Meek may ruffle a few Eagles feathers. But I guess I’d take a few ruffled feathers over you know, wasting away in a federal penitentiary for minor probation violations. I’m a huge Meek guy. So, if the Rams won and he gave his chain to say, Sean McVay, I am deleting the Dreamchasers tapes from my music library. But, I think I can mentally handle him giving Robert Kraft a chain for a day as a small token of thanks for no longer having to look at a prison cell for 23 hours a day.
